I am sensing the beginning of something massive taking over the Adelaide music scene!
There’s a new kid on the block, well a bunch of kids rather, and these kids have some real musical talent.
Mudhut Productions has decided that these up-and-coming Adelaide musicians need to be celebrated and showcased before they blow-up into music stardom.
So to do so, Mudhut Productions is bringing their first installment of Beginnings to the WORLDSEND HOTEL on April 8.
What is it? Well, it’s basically a night of the best bands that Adelaide has to offer serenading the crowd who will be kicking back in the laid back venue and most likely sipping on a few nice beverages – what more could you want?
Beginnings hasn’t held back, unleashing one rock solid first line-up of many. The sounds will cater to many musical tastebuds with a bit of alternative rock and indie surf vibes.
The lads from Zen Panda will be rocking up fresh off a killer set supporting Moses Gunn Collective. The local legends have been experiencing a lot of success lately and are definitely heading somewhere big, even scoring the role as the support act for Andy Bull. Expect jazzy riffs and slow tempo build ups from the Zen Panda lads.
Add to the mix Chiara La Woo and you have one delicious line-up if you ask me! Still buzzing off their huge support slot at Rocket Rooftop and now itching to strike again, Chiara La Woo will be dishing up a healthy dose of music’s essential nutrients with an upbeat reggae infused rock sound.
New Year will also be gracing us with their presence, and even better, this is the guys debut to the stage! The band formed in mid 2015 after four mates came together and started jamming in a backyard shed. Their sound is fuelled by dreamy reverb and laid back riffs and is heavily influenced by the likes of Tame Impala and Mac Demarco.
Get along to the WORLDSEND HOTEL on April 8 to support local music and witness the beginning of something magical. Tickets available at Moshtix.
